Fitting Reducer
Reducing fittings are used to provide direct in-line reduction from larger piping sizes to smaller sizes. Reducers are provided with in either eccentric or concentric styles. Eccentric reducers are typically used to either maintain a uniform hanger height or inhibit air bubble collection at the fitting. Concentric reducers allow continuity of the piping centerline and typically have less pressure drop across them.
